• With Resume: Uploading a resume unlocks our Tier 2 specialized positions (higher pay rates, machine operating, skilled roles) where clients review applicant backgrounds before hiring.

We operate two main types of job placements depending on customer requirements:

• Immediate Morning Dispatch: For general labor and standard warehouse shifts, we receive openings early every morning. Our recruiters call/text candidates between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM for same-day assignment.

• Customer Resume Review (Tier 2 Roles): For specialized roles (such as machine operators, team leads, or technical warehouse positions), our customers review candidate resumes first. If your profile matches, we submit your resume directly to the employer for approval before scheduling your start date.

We do not offer remote jobs, all positions are local, hands-on general warehouse, machine operation, and light industrial roles across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.

Our job openings are located throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, including primary warehouse and manufacturing hubs across Dallas, Garland, Irving, Carrollton, Grand Prairie, and surrounding DFW areas. Placements are assigned based on client location and your personal commuting preferences.

We process payroll weekly via physical check!

• Standard Payday: Physical checks are available for pickup at our local office every Friday for work completed during the previous workweek.

• Weekend Shifts: If you work weekend shifts, physical checks are ready for pickup at our office on Monday or early Tuesday morning.

• Client Holdbacks: A small number of client companies hold one week back. If a position has a holdback week, our recruiting team will fully disclose this to you upfront before you accept the assignment so there are never any surprises.
